  We were delighted to find La Esperanza! Having eaten authentic and delicious Mexican food all our lives, we have been sorely disappointed during our cross country travel with every Mexican restaurant we have tried, including another highly rated one in Middlesboro...La Esperanza was wonderful! Delicious food and friendly service. The Tacos Carnitas were very flavorful and well prepared, as was the Burro Loco burrito. Highly recommended.
